運費Shipping Fee
海外包裹限重1.5kg內，運費固定依1.5kg計算收取，若超重將會與您聯繫修改訂單。
香港、澳門：1.5kg運費新台幣200元
新加坡、馬來西亞：1.5kg運費新台幣250元
Overseas packages are limited to a maximum weight of 1.5kg. The shipping fee is calculated based on 1.5kg. If the package exceeds this weight, we will contact you to adjust your order.
• Hong Kong, Macau: Shipping fee for 1.5kg is NTD 200.
• Singapore, Malaysia: Shipping fee for 1.5kg is NTD 250.
運送流程Shipping Process
下單完成後需3-5工作天備貨（預購商品除外），包裹出貨後抵達海外門市約5-15工作天，實際時間依各地物流情況。包裹到門市後，您將會收到email與到貨簡訊，請務必於期限內取貨。若未於期限內取貨，當地物流將以「宅配到付」的方式送往您購買時所填寫的「逾時未領寄送地址」（僅可填寫一般收件地址），並依當地物流費用計算向您收取額外運費。
After placing your order, it takes 3-5 business days to prepare the goods (excluding pre-order items). Once the package is shipped, it will take approximately 5-15 business days to reach the overseas store. The actual time depends on the local logistics conditions. Once your package arrives at the store, you will receive an email and an SMS notification. Please be sure to pick up the package within the specified time frame. If not collected within the timeframe, the local logistics service will deliver the package to the “Overdue Delivery Address” provided during purchase (only general addresses can be used), and additional shipping fees will be charged based on local logistics rates.
退換貨辦法Return and Exchange Policy
因海外運送服務作業繁複，恕無法退換貨。若收到商品發現有寄錯件，或嚴重的瑕疵、毀損等情況，請於七日內與我們聯繫，確認商品達退貨標準後，我們將轉換為購物金做為下次消費使用。
Due to the complexity of overseas shipping services, returns and exchanges are not accepted. If you receive the wrong item, or if there are serious defects or damages, please contact us within seven days. Once the product is confirmed to meet the return criteria, we will issue store credit for your next purchase.
