Delivery Method Now open for pickup at 7-11 cross-border stores in Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore and Malaysia. Only credit card payment is allowed.

Overseas parcels have a weight limit of 1.5kg, and the shipping fee is fixed based on 1.5kg. If it is overweight, you will be contacted to modify the order.
Hong Kong and Macau: 1.5kg shipping fee is NT$200
Singapore and Malaysia: 1.5kg shipping fee is NT$250

Shipping and collection process:
It takes 3-5 working days to prepare the goods after the order is placed (excluding pre-ordered goods). It takes about 5-15 working days for the package to arrive at overseas stores after shipment. The actual time depends on the logistics situation in each place. After the package arrives at the store, you will receive an email and arrival SMS. Please be sure to pick up the package within the pickup period. If the package is not picked up within the time limit, it will be sent to the "overdue delivery address" you filled in when purchasing (only the general receiving address can be filled in) by "home delivery, pay on delivery", and will be calculated based on local logistics costs You will be charged additional shipping costs.

Return and exchange method:
Due to the complicated operation of overseas shipping services, returns and exchanges are not possible. If you receive the goods and find that they were sent in the wrong order, or have non-human defects or damage, please contact us. After confirmation, they will be converted into shopping credits for use next time. .
